• Unit 1: Protein Extraction and Analysis - Extraction from Cultured Cell, Quantification of Protein & SDS-PAGE
• Unit 2: Partial Purification and Dialysis - Ammonium sulfate precipitation & Dialysis
• Unit 3: Protein Purification by Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography (Cytiva Purification System)
• Unit 4: Protein Purification by Size Exclusion & Ion Exchange Chromatography
• Unit 5:  Protein and Amino Acid Analysis by HPLC
• Unit 6: Project Work (Optional)
